Food. Fashion. Travel. Laughter. Kindness.
Swan has spent the past decade transforming legacy companies into the digital age and scaling kindness into the world. As the head of digital at Revlon, Elizabeth Arden and Estee Lauder, Swan was passionate not only about modernizing brands but also democratizing the definition of beauty -- social media has finally allowed us to redefine beauty beyond TV and print, into any size, shape, color, ethnicity or orientation, so everyone has a voice. Her work with unexpected influencers (including Chelsea Handler, Iris Apfel and Gigi Gorgeous), merging technology into business and driving sales growth earned her many accolades including the Glossy Awards, CGT Visionary, Brand Innovators 40 under 40 and Marketing Woman to Watch. Previously, Swan was a consultant at Bain, owned an ad agency focused on emotional branding, was a product manager at Newell Rubbermaid and created breakthrough marketing campaigns at Trilogy Software. Today Swan is the President of Global Digital for Nike.
Swan enjoys sharing ideas and connecting others, averaging a speaking engagement per month around the world, advising startups and sitting on the boards of various philanthropies and industry organizations including a think tank for commercial space travel. Perpetually curious and adventurous, Swan has visited 71 countries and counts Antarctica, North Korea, Bhutan, Mongolia and Rwanda among her favorites. Swan graduated with BA in Economics from Harvard and an MBA from Columbia. She can often be found smashing a volleyball or climbing a mountain, chasing restaurant openings and asking AP for fashion advice.
